The highly anticipated launch of the new book Mountains and Fishermen: Contemporary Chinese Cultural Criticism, co-edited by Chen Zhongyi, Ren Haiyan, and João Cezar de Castro Rocha, is scheduled for September 2nd at 6 PM (UTC-4) at the CASA DIRCE Cultural and Arts Center at Rio de Janeiro State University. The event will feature a special discussion between Professor Ren Haiyan, Deputy Director of our center, and Professor João Cezar de Castro Rocha from Rio de Janeiro State University. The two distinguished scholars will offer their unique insights and share valuable research findings on the critical topics explored in the book.
